Returns & refunds
At Drift Stelar, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, contact us clearly by email at driftstelarsupport@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
Returning your item
After contacting us, we will provide the return instructions and return address directly by email. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
You may handle the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. We may exclude any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur a fee for the reimbursement.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at driftstelarsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the appropriate next steps.
