Order preparation
Please allow 5 to 10 days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. This preparation period is separate from the carrier's transit time.
Shipping destinations and rates
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and applicable costs are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. We do not display a delivery estimate where one has not been confirmed by the shipping service.
Dispatch and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, any tracking details made available by the shipping service will be shared with you.
International orders
For deliveries outside the destination country's customs territory, import duties, taxes or customs handling charges may apply. Any such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may be payable by the recipient.
